Mør ('tender' in english) are placed in a perfect frame of reference in the Meatpacking District's protein potent environment. Here, fire, smoke, and coal are the focal point of the gastronomic creations. The ingredient selection is based on consideration for animal welfare and great taste.

The pretentious name does not promise too much, since carefully selected quality cattle with rich fat marbling are grilled to perfection on the culinary altar - the Argentinian KOPA grill. And the grill is also a central monument for the guests in the open kitchen, which stimulates the sensory experience with mouthwashing scents and appetizing dishes.

Chef Thomas Lund, who has previously gotten his skills at the Michelin-starred restaurant Studio, manage the tasty creations on the dancing flames.

The decor also reveals the place's love for meat, as the carpet and wall art sends clear references to the marbling that characterizes a good piece of meat. However, Mør is not only reserved for the meat-loving audience, as fish and vegetables are also prepared with care on the scorching grill. Long tables, New-Yorker inspired tiled walls, and comfortable leather chairs and sofas make up the decor at Mør.
