Experience and passion
Behind Restaurant Hummer is the experienced team of Ronni Mikkelsen and Thomas Haldrup. Ronni Mikkelsen has previously been sous chef at Sletten and Nimb, while Thomas Haldrup has been sous chef at the Michelin-starred Kong Hans.
Together, they also run the Michelin-recommended Restaurant Koefoed and Bistro Summér in Nyhavn, reflecting their shared passion for quality and exceptional culinary experiences.
