The chef has free play in the kitchen with 3-8 servings on the menu. Today's omakase-Tasting menu, could for example be: soft salmon tatar or Faroese salmon tataki, aromatic and crispy spring rolls. Marinated fish and tender, long-fried meat, dimsum, yakitori and kushiyaki sticks and sashimi that melt on the tongue.
