Another Norrlyst bullseye
Odette is the fifth addition to the Norrlyst family, which also includes the Michelin-starred restaurant Udtryk and the four Michelin-recommended restaurants Norrlyst, Theo, Gabrielle, and Abigail.
Berlingske’s food critic Søren Frank awards Odette 4 stars and praises the food: “The food is solid and tasty.”
There is always careful consideration for the environment and sustainability. Ingredients are sourced from small local farms – including Esromgaard and Kiselgården. Organic meat comes from free-range animals at Spis min gris. Fish is supplied by Fiskerikajen, which fishes with respect for the sea.
Warm and Intimate Atmosphere
Odette is located in charming premises spread over two floors in one of Copenhagen’s beautiful, listed buildings in the city center. The intimate atmosphere is enhanced by attentive, personal service.
The interior features warm orange, ochre, and deep bottle green tones, with elegant botanical wallpaper adorned with grape clusters. The style is refined with stucco and high paneling but complemented by rustic glass and ceramic art in earthy, fired hues.
Menu from seasonal Ingredients
The kitchen works without strict dogmas, fusing flavors and inspirations from around the world. The menu is based on seasonal ingredients, crafted by a kitchen team with experience from the Michelin-starred Søllerød Kro, Kadeau, and AOC.
White Guide rates Odette at “Fine Level” for a solid dining experience where: “The smile remains, and we end up with a moderate bill and a strong sense of fullness and flavor satisfaction at the high end of the good range.”
