Architectural landmark at 62 meters
On the 17th floor of the old grain silo in Nordhavn, you’ll find the impressive restaurant SILO Cph.
The historic grain silo, now transformed into a modern architectural landmark designed by the Danish firm COBE, features floor-to-ceiling windows with uninterrupted panoramic views over the city, the water, and the sky.
Take the elevator to the top and prepare to be both surprised and impressed by the beautiful restaurant offering the city’s best view.
4 big stars and even bigger ambitions
The kitchen works without dogma, drawing inspiration from around the globe, with one guiding philosophy: “The food must be able to compete with the spectacular view.”
Given the surroundings, these are high ambitions - but SILO Cph meets them with high-level gastronomy and ingredients of the finest quality.
Berlingske’s food critic Søren Frank rewards the experience with “4 big stars with an upward arrow for a great balance between price and quality.”
Down-to-earth experience in the sky
Despite the sophisticated atmosphere and lofty location, the vibe remains relaxed and down-to-earth, making SILO Cph a destination for both impressive culinary experiences and breathtaking views.
White Guide rates SILO Cph at “Very Fine Level” and highlights: “When the beautiful sunset occurs just after the meat course, a break on the lounge deck with views across the entire harbor is perfect for digestion.”
The experience is further elevated by a wide selection of wines, carefully curated by skilled sommeliers, ensuring there’s always something special to accompany the meal.
