PAULA is the luxury bistro of Carlsberg Byen, where extravagance is not just about caviar and lobster, but about a tireless love for the craft. Head chef Stefan Hansen and his team master the balance between precision and flavor. PAULA is located in the middle of the historic square meters of Carlsberg Byen, where the Carlsberg spring once emerged and laid the foundation for Danish beer culture. Today, the same premises set the stage for an experience where you set the pace.
With restaurant manager and sommelier Nils Sonne Andersen at the front, the team creates an atmosphere that is both relaxed and intense, and where the guest is always at the center.
