French Michelin chef
Restaurant Texture is a newly opened French gourmet restaurant, run by renowned French chef Karim Khouani. With over 28 years of experience from some of the world's most prestigious 2- and 3-star Michelin restaurants, including Restaurant Escale and the Oak Room in London, Karim has established himself as a master in his field.
In 2015, Karim received his first Michelin star at his own restaurant Ambiance in Malmö and subsequently also at his restaurant Sture in 2016 - just 3 months after opening.

In Sølvgade, in the middle of Indre By, you can experience world-class French gastronomy, with dishes based exclusively on the season's best ingredients.
At Texture, a fixed menu is served that follows the French seasons. The main ingredients are carefully selected from France and seasoned with flavor nuances from other places in the world, which complement the French culinary tradition.
