Every other Saturday, Lago transforms into Empty the Lago: a total experience where you let go and get swept along. With captivating views of the Lakes, you get Copenhagen’s charm and big-city pulse as your backdrop. 

From the first bite to the last drink, the pace is high and the vibe electric. There’s a single seating at 20:00, and the evening can last up to four hours - planned as a curated journey where lights, music and smoke cannons turn dinner into a show. 

 

10 courses, caviar and wild snacks

The kitchen goes all in: a 10-course menu that opens with wild snacks and peaks with generous servings of caviar. 

Expect the unexpected between courses - little surprises, playful detours and servings that toy with flavor, texture and tempo.

At Empty the Lago, cocktails aren’t just companions - they’re co-stars. 

Restaurant manager Christian Faber has won awards in international cocktail competitions and orchestrates pairings that push the menu’s flavors to the forefront. The bar works with contrast, aroma and precision, so each drink amplifies the next course - and the night’s energy.
