At the Michelin Guide's 2026 award ceremony, Norrlyst continues to be distinguished and awarded Bib Gourmand status for their good, affordable gourmet cuisine with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.
Chef Emil Eshardt, who previously worked at Søllerød Kro, Kadeau and AOC, is one of the masterminds behind Norrlyst's menu. A skilled team of chefs puts together the modern menu with local, Nordic and organic ingredients.
Here, you can either eat a highly coated New Nordic piece of Danish smørrebrød for lunch or enjoy the classic Nordic flavors in the evening with beautiful gourmet dishes.
