BrewPub has beautifully combined their passion for brewery and the culinary world. They have their own microbrewery and the brewer and chef are in close dialogue when it comes to compose an excellent menu based on the beer selection and the season's ingredients.They ensure a harmonious menu where the beer and gastronomy make a symbiotic interplay.
Recommendable kitchen
The kitchen cultivates the Danish notes with treats of the French cuisine. At the same time, the beer is also included in the cooking in an innovative way, for example in the form of beer-braised pork jaws or beer-ice cream. Atmospheric setting
BrewPub is located in a historic building from the 17th century a stone's throw from Rådhuspladsen. The pub is decorated classic with cozy lighting and comfortable furniture. In the atmospheric courtyard there is also the opportunity to enjoy food and a refreshing beer in the summer.
