Gabrielle is unapologetically French and whisks you away to Paris through both flavour and design.
As a cosy, Parisian-inspired bistro, Gabrielle offers an authentic French atmosphere with old, rustic display cabinets, mahogany wood, tablecloths, and tall, flickering candles on the tables. The marble for the bar has been specially imported, and every detail is carefully considered – from vintage décor and still lifes to an elegant finish.
In 2025, Gabrielle was awarded the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand. This distinction is given to restaurants that offer high quality at a good price. The Michelin Guide highlights Gabrielle’s classic cuisine, high standards, and consistently French character – “so much so that one might easily forget they were in Copenhagen.”

Gabrielle is thoroughly French and takes you to Paris in both taste and decor.
