Edible dream project and farm production
The interest for home-growned vegetables and food made from scratch was the common passion for Marie and Adrian, who dreamed of creating a unique place - bringing family and friends together over a great and modern meal.
As farm owners, Marie's family supplies seasonal greenery not only for the restaurant's kitchen but also for Amalienborg. The refined and Nordic menu includes carvings from Grambogård, lots of greenery for which all components are well prepared with a personal imprint.
