In the kitchen is Jens – a trained smørrebrød chef with experience from other iconic smørrebrøds restaurants – who prepares flavorful pieces that are beautifully plated and true to tradition.
The menu includes herring, egg with hand-peeled shrimp, cold-smoked salmon, chicken salad and roast beef – all homemade and served with pride.
