The Spanish-Mexican sommelier, Felix Chamorro, has great and unique knowledge of wine districts, grape varieties and is named by Forbes Magazine 2021 as one of the most influential wine specialists of all time.
In collaboration with Leonardo Camboni, Chamorro opened Roots in 2020, where passion is the cradle for the senses with natural, sustainable values.

South American tapas hapsers
Here in the dining bar you eat food from the Latin American cuisine. Tapas trays are filled with either seafood or as more classic charcuterie dishes. Dishes and flavorings are inspired by the South American continent. Eg. you will find stuffed and golden delicious empanadas on the menu.
