The name Amélie draws a poetic reference to Amalienborg Palace and the historic axis that the Opera House is a part of. It is the perfect destination for those seeking a complete gastronomic experience in spectacular surroundings.

The gastronomic vision is led by head chef Chris Lindegaard, who brings extensive experience in classic brasserie cuisine and modern Nordic gastronomy. His dishes are characterized by generosity, deep flavors, and French technique.
