At PMY you get authentic, Latin American jungle food. The three basic ingredients in Latin American cuisine, P for papas (potato), M for corn, and Y for yucca, form the acronym PMY, the name of this South American bistro. 3 ingredients that can also be connected to three countries; Peru as being the potato country, Mexico as the corn country and Venezuela growing the vegetable, yucca. Two of PMY's chefs: Karlos Ponte and Luis Moreno Pena are both chefs with a prestigious resume. Here you can write past and kitchen experiences at eg. the Michelin-ambitious restaurant Noma. In addition, El Bulli, Radio and Namnam can be counted. PMY Popup combines an informal laidback mood with innovative ingenuities on the plate. At the Argentine wine bar, Malbeck in Istedgade, you can experience a real fiesta atmosphere with good music, lots of delicacies from the South American countries and rich, aromatic grapes throughout the year.
