A modern meeting spot in Carlsberg Byen
On the corner of Vesterfælledvej and Ny Carlsberg Vej, right at the entrance to Carlsberg Byen, you'll find Cadence.
With its high ceilings and large windows looking out onto the street, Cadence is a vibrant meeting spot where the day starts with colourful brunch and ends with sourdough pizza and wine in your glass.
Behind the concept are Australian André Rossi and Welshman Rhys Howell-Morgan – the duo also runs the popular brunch spot The Sixteen Twelve in Nørrebro, known for taking brunch to the next level. They bring the same thoughtful approach to Cadence, where flavour, quality, and atmosphere are considered down to the last detail.
Sourdough pizza and good vibes
In the evening, Cadence transforms into a laid-back spot for Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza, confident small plates, and cocktails that match the mood. Here, quality is non-negotiable – and it shows.
Politiken rewarded Cadence with 6 hearts and wrote: “If Michelin gave stars to cafés, this place would be on the list.”
Berlingske’s Svend Rasmussen agreed and awarded 5 stars.
