Mads Rye Magnusson has a versatile resume. He previously managed pots and pans at Falsled Kro and at the Michelin restaurants Noma and Geranium.
In January 2017 he saddled and opened his own Nordic gourmet kitchen, Restaurant Mes, which has since been awarded 5 stars in Berlingske and has been awarded a Michelin recommendation.
The same year Mads and his partner Camilla opened Restaurant Yolk in Frederiksberg and now comes their third child: Restaurant Meille.

Meille receives great reviews and is honored in the Red Food Bible with a Michelin recommendation. Furthermore, Berlingske gives 5 stars and 4 hearts awarded by Politiken, which states:

At Restaurant Meille, we focus on sustainable, seasonal and Danish ingredients of the highest quality. Meille means 'best quality' in French, and the partner couple Mads and Camilla serve only the best of the best.
The menu is playful and offers creative and modern Nordic dishes with a rustic touch.
