Michelin experienced chef stands in the kitchen

The creative kitchen skills go a long way when the experienced chef, Luca Zelante, is in charge of the menu. Luca has previously showed his creative kitchen skills at Marv og Ben, Salt, Aamanns 1921 and the 1-star Michelin restaurant, Tokuyoshi, in Milan.

Most recently, he has been head chef at Michelin-recommended restaurant Mes, but now offers sensational taste constellations, aesthetics on the plate and his own interpretations of the traditional Italian cuisine.

Italian to the fingertips

The Italian hinterland is consistent at the small, cozy trattoria which offers Italian, charming hospitality and a superb Italian cuisine. The menu offers 2 menus and a smaller a la carte selection, where all dishes are made from fresh ingredients and generous love.

Eat pasta with fillings, well-cooked squid, fish and fresh vegetables, flipped and cut in new ways. And fill the glass with grapes from the Italian highlands, such as. Piedmont and Tuscany.
Cheers!
