Juan Alvarez and Daniel Matthies, who are behind Patagonia Grill, have many years of experience with South American cuisine. In addition to Patagonia, which also has a location at Seaside Toldboden, he is behind the popular restaurants Fuego, Asador, Sonora and Nonna Regina.
