Pop-up events in The Meat Packing District
In a new pop-up collaboration between restaurant Evoo and Kitchen Collective, you can enjoy delicious dishes from Evoo's head chef in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, The Meat Packing District.
Kitchen Collective often hosts exciting events with restaurant Evoo, ranging from dinners with music to lectures before or after the dinner.
New events will be popping up regularly and you can read about each specific event on the menu.
Italian chef with Michelin experience
Owner and head chef Marco Maccarini was born and raised in Italy, near Genoa, known for its focaccia and pesto. Since 2010, he has cooked at several acclaimed restaurants in Copenhagen, including those with Michelin recommendations and stars, such as Noma, AOC and Era Ora.
His menus often highlight his own Italian roots and recipes made with good, local ingredients.
Evoo stands for Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and like the oil, his cooking is simple, delicious and unrefined.
