Former Michelin and TV chef
The kitchen is run by David Johansen, who became the youngest chef in Danish history to receive a Michelin star. He has also been seen as a judge on the TV program Masterchef and other TV productions.
He is behind a kitchen where classic flavors are given new life – light, clean and contemporary dishes that still taste like what we know and love.
