Rosé Rosé Copenhagen opened its doors in October 2023. Located at the charming address Store Kongensgade 62, between Kongens Nytorv, Amalienborg and the Marble Church, you will find this extremely atmospheric restaurant. Its location in the heart of Copenhagen adds a unique atmosphere that both locals and other visitors can enjoy.
The menu at Rosé Rosé Copenhagen celebrates French bistro food. Lunch offers a selection of smørrebrød as well as classic French bistro dishes, while the evening menu embraces seasonal charcuterie and bistro meals that change with the seasons.
Experienced trio behind
Behind Rosé Rosé is a team of experienced forces in the restaurant industry: Peter Crone, trained chef with experience from, among others, Klampenborg Galopbane and Kokkedal Castle, Lars Broberg, former owner of Tapasbaren and director of Hallernes Smørrebrød, and Bo Bjerrum Hansen, who owns several restaurants in Nyhavn and is co-owner of Bistro Boheme.
Their expertise promises a culinary experience that is both authentic and innovative.
Elegant coziness and charming courtyard
The atmosphere in the restaurant is a really good mix of elegance and coziness with good acoustics and stylishly decorated areas. The restaurant has a separate area with white tablecloths and polished glass, and a more informal bar area with high tables and bar stools, making the restaurant suitable for everything from a casual lunch to a festive evening. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday there is an extra festive atmosphere, with wonderful cocktails and high spirits.
The restaurant also stands out with its charming courtyard, which opens in the spring. The lovely courtyard is like an oasis in the city, equipped with parasols, comfortable outdoor furniture and a rich selection of plants and flowers, which provide a calm and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
