With consideration for the environment, raw materials are traded locally and seafood is certified and farmed according to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's recommendations.
Hatoba serves spicy and crispy skewers, silky soft sashimi pieces and delicious sushi rolls with classic salmon, tuna and shrimp for exciting ingredients such as soft-shell and snow crab and Japanese amber fish.
