Restaurant Texture is a French Michelin restaurant led by the acclaimed French chef Karim Khouani. With over 28 years of experience from some of the world’s most prestigious 2- and 3-star Michelin restaurants, including Escale and The Oak Room in London, Karim has established himself as a true master of his craft.
In 2015, Karim received his first Michelin star for his own restaurant Ambiance in Malmö, and just a year later, he was awarded another for his restaurant Sture—only three months after opening. Karim earned his first Michelin star for Texture in June 2025.

At Texture, a fixed menu is served that follows the French seasons. The main ingredients are carefully selected from France and seasoned with flavor nuances from other places in the world, which complement the French culinary tradition.
Texture was visited shortly after its opening by Euroman’s food critic, who awarded 5 stars and wrote: “It’s a veritable orgy of luxury ingredients on the plate when you dine at Texture.”
