Kitchen team with great cooking skills 

Owner, Søren Haahr, is recognized in the restaurant industry and writes co-founder of Kødbyen's popular restaurant, Nose2Tail Meatpacker, on his cv.

He has assembled an experienced kitchen team where young talents and chefs like Henrik Junker, who previously has developed his skills at restaurant Auberge de Tourrettes in France and restaurant Paustian in Copenhagen, together create an exciting menu.
