Iconic square with edible temptations

Klostertorvet exudes cosiness and a good, relaxed outdoor atmosphere under the parasols in the warm months and in the shaky, cool half year the atmospheric setting draws indoors.

At Café Smagløs there's plenty of space to enjoy food, refreshing cocktails and the sound of jazzy, musical tones.

Owner with kitchen skills and colorful drinks

Owner, Vince, who is known for the successful Bar Plata Dining - restaurant and cocktail bar, has recently taken over the restaurant next door, Café Smagløs.

The focus is seasonal ingredients and the menu is far from tasteless at Café Smagløs. Here you will be tempted with classic dishes with hints from southern cuisine.

On Facebook guests have said:

"Extremely good atmosphere and an down-to-earth service that makes the café one of Aarhus' absolute best"

"I have the chef suspected of being in cahoots with the gods. I have to go far back to be able to remember similar culinary experience. And then I paid considerably more"

Café with an edge

The café has been decorated in an almost nostalgic and bistro-inspired style with lots of retro decorations and wooden furniture. Be drawn to a Parisian, hospitable sidewalk café and enjoy a few hours of good taste.
