Danish gastronomy

Particular emphasis is placed on fresh, local produce in season, carefully selected from local producers - including Esromgaard and Kiselgården. The organic meat comes from free-range animals at Spis min gris and the fish comes from Fiskerikajen, which fishes with respect for the sea.
