Cocktails with craftsmanship at the core 

Echo is located on the corner of Gråbrødretorv and marks a new chapter in the historic space formerly home to The Jane. 

On street level, you’re welcomed into a bright, Scandinavian-style cocktail bar where classic craftsmanship and quality take center stage. Cocktails are made from scratch using house-made syrups and carefully selected ingredients. 

A hidden party with silent disco 

Behind the cocktail bar, an entirely different world awaits. In the back rooms, a speakeasy-inspired silent disco opens up, where guests put on headphones and step into a more laid-back, playful dance floor. 

Here, canned beer and slush-ice are served as a conscious and humorous contrast to the more polished cocktail bar at the front.

Experienced hands and light-hearted party culture 

Behind Echo is Timo Mikkelsen, who also runs the popular No Stress bars in both Denmark and Norway and brings years of top-level bartending experience. At Echo, he has created a space where classic cocktail craftsmanship and festive experimentation coexist.
