The historic grain silo, now transformed into a modern architectural landmark designed by the Danish firm COBE, features floor-to-ceiling windows with uninterrupted panoramic views over the city, the water, and the sky. 

Take the elevator to the top and prepare to be both surprised and impressed by the beautiful restaurant offering the city’s best view.

The kitchen works without dogma, drawing inspiration from around the globe, with one guiding philosophy: “The food must be able to compete with the spectacular view.” 

Given the surroundings, these are high ambitions - but SILO Cph meets them with high-level gastronomy and ingredients of the finest quality.
