    Today's arrival of fish butter poached, grilled spring onions from Kiselgården and sauce on mussels and trout roe or Striploin of Danish red deer, cream on potato and ramson, fermented onion and sauce on smoked marrow (For +125 kr which is paid directly in the restaurant)
