    Ceviche as the cheeky starter with bread & butter

    Citrus-marinated whitefish, pickled green tomatoes wrapped in lobster mayonnaise and shiso chiffonade. Served with our homemade sourdough bread, with so much butter your grandmother would be embarrassed. Nom, nom.

    Braised fennel

    Who says green has to be boring - it's all about the right techniques in the kitchen, like with so much else. Here we combine lemon, cheese, fennel - as if your plate fell in love with a greenhouse. And because the future is green!

    Beef, cow and muh - and fries with deep-fried fish

    For the main course you get roast beef with corn fried and mashed. There are also oyster caps in sherry and the last hand-picked berries from the season. You get fries with dip, just because it's delicious no matter the day. Psst. We highly recommend a good vino. Just say so!

    Profiteroles as sent from Heaven

    Who doesn't love pancakes with ice cream? We make them a little fancier because the chefs like to do things differently: profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Kombardo!
