Chef retains the spirit

The owner and chef, Nicolas Dahl, former chef at Alberto K and Den Røde Cottage, took over the inn back in 2013 and completely renovated the place with respect for the inns' soul.

The beautiful Strandmøllekro is located at the end of the love path in the area Springforbi, Klampenborg, where it has served as an inn since 1811. It offers modern interpretations of Danish / French cuisine as well as good classics.

It is certainly not only the view that draws guests and food critics to Strandmøllekroen, which is giving 4 stars in Berlingske. Food critic Søren Frank highlights:
