The restaurant's menu is inspired by Italian and Spanish cuisine, with loving nods to South American flavors. Each dish tells a story of premium ingredients and exquisite craftsmanship, following the rhythm of Danish and European seasons.

The menu often changes, and you can expect delightful dishes showcasing the best from sea and land. Pulpo, meaning octopus in Spanish, often features octopus on its menu.
