Pondus is the youngest family member of the 1 star Michelin restaurant Substans. Like Substans Pondus is recommended in the Michelin Guide 2025 and awarded with the Michelin Guides' Bib Gourmand.
With an eye for local, organic products and inviting, colorful dishes with affordable gourmet prices, Pondus, is one out of just 15 restaurants in Denmark, who has been awarded the Bib Gourmand status. A status which is given only to restaurants of particularly high quality with affordable menus.

Pondus emphasizes the premises, organic products - and the dishes must say to taste accordingly. Here you eat Nordic from a modern bistro kitchen with fresh ingredients. Fish and meat cuts are on the menu with vegetarian elements, all depending on the day's purchased products.
