The team behind the Mæxico restaurants in Inner City, Vesterbro, and Nørrebro is expanding with a new, exciting restaurant concept.
Palazzo Diner at Axeltorv evokes associations with the modern American diner's eclectic cuisine and energy. Here, there are good vibes and comfort food with world flavors developed in collaboration with Michelin chef Torsten Vildgaard.
The restaurant has padded benches in warm leather. Chairs in different materials and colors. The walls are raw with bricks, dark and high wood paneling, and decorated with LP records, old posters, and whimsical paintings.

The menu is developed in collaboration with Michelin chef Torsten Vildgaard, who takes a cue from an interpretation of the modern American diner's eclectic cuisine and energy.
Palazzo Diner offers familiar dishes such as fried chicken burger, pasta pesto, meatballs, Caesar salad, and dishes with a twist, such as miso and brown butter waffles and sliced steak with chimichurri and green salad. On Sundays, the menu is All-Day Breakfast Club, where breakfast is served all day long, and refill on filter coffee is offered.
