Its location by the Inner Harbour offers sweeping views of the water, Nyhavn, and the Inderhavnsbroen bridge. As night falls, the city lights reflect on the water and create the perfect setting for an evening defined by calm, presence, and great food. 

 A head chef with Michelin experience 

In the kitchen is Head Chef Frederik Buch, trained and shaped by Michelin-starred restaurants such as JORDNÆR and Marchal at d’Angleterre, where he developed a sharp eye for detail, produce, and technical precision. 

Earlier in his career, he worked in Paris, refining his understanding of classical French techniques and balance. Before joining NÆRVÆR, he spent two years as head chef at Lalala, focusing on menu development, operations, and fostering a creative, open kitchen environment.
