Chef and owner, Martin Fromberg, has, among other things, was head chef at Copenhagen's green oasis, BaneGaarden, and was responsible for PMY's street food, where restaurant PMY was Michelin recommended for several years and, among other things, has been awarded the Michelin guide's Bib Gourmand.
He has also been head chef at the Danish sister restaurant to the ground-breaking San Francisco restaurant, Mission Chinese Food.
His expertise and fondness for South American and Asian cuisine therefore shines through on his own menu. Here, it is mainly the Latin American and Asian dishes that dominate the menu, but European classics and flavor constellations also find their way into the range.
Their simple but dynamic menu changes weekly, presents global taste impressions and is rooted in ecology and local ingredients.
Fromberg collaborates with i.a. Danish Svanholm Gods and Spis Min Gris to ensure the best organic vegetables and meat for your table. Eat a healthy, nutritious, sustainable and, not least, tasty dinner.
If you haven't yet discovered Fromberg, you should stop by and taste their culinary menu.
Located in the heart of Vesterbro, where Vesterbrogade meets Frederiksberg Allé, Fromberg invites guests on a tasteful tour in their informal settings. The atmosphere is relaxed and the style spartan, as they put their focus on the food.
