The couple, Aaron Kaczmark and Skyla Clark-Ward, own and run Goldie together.
They have, among other things, gained experience from the Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant Kødbyens Fiskebar from the Michelin Guide, the Italian restaurant Il Buco and restaurant Yaffa with flavors from the Middle East.
But they would rather be known for their warm-heartedness and expert displays in the kitchen. Skyla welcomes you and ensures the good atmosphere on the floor and the good wine in the glass. Being a sommelier she knows a lot about grapes and carefully selects the best wines and other drinks for the menu.
Aaron is the head chef and together with a group of skilled chefs, they bring the best constellations of world flavor inputs to the dining menu. It is the taste of quality ingredients, different food cultures and the love of food.
Nørrebro eatery serves world flavors
Aaron ensures that the flavors in the kitchen explode. It is a mix of seasonal Danish ingredients, classics from central and southern Europe and Asian seasoning. So everything good from near and far.
Here the menu can offer everything from a crispy schnitzel, French toast and croquettes to creamy gnocchi and juicy steaks. These are both traditional flavors and dishes with new inputs: wasabi, miso and fermented chili.
The menu is served family style and comes also in a green, meat-free variation.
