Why you should dine here:

  • Cook from former Noma and Formula B
  • Modern Danish gastronomy with Italian influences
  • Magnificent setting with lots of history

Unpretentious Danish gastronomy

Chef, Boris Buono, with his Danish-Italian ancestry, can combine the best of two kitchens. With its expertise and background from the former Michelin restaurant Norma and Formula B in addition to Krogs Fiskerestaurant and Bottega Trattoria, Danish cuisine reaches new gastronomic heights at Bobo.

Bobo honors the local ingredients, not aiming for star dust, but to stay creative in the kitchen and develop innovative constellations.

A tour around the menu

Toast in champagne, eat seafood and food prepared over an open fire and follow the cuisine's gastronomic achievements.

The menu offers everything from freshly caught fish and seafood plates to juicy cuts, grilled greens to delicious pasta dishes and tasting menus that can be shared around the table.

A modern, social gathering place

From the raw transformer station of the 60s to a luxury hotel and now Bremerholmen's modern ‘meeting house’ with hotel, lounge and restaurant under one roof. As part of The Socialist, the headline-grabbing hotel, Bobo Food Studio invites its guests to a curated menu in a magnificent setting.

Despite meters of attic space, the atmosphere is vibrant and invites for an informal, fine dining experience. Step inside and be impressed by the interior, the atmosphere and the open kitchen behind the bar. The raw concrete walls are softened by hot metals, wooden furniture and soft lighting.
